Sola Coffea Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Sola Coffea mobile app and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
- You are responsible for your Apple ID and device security.
- Some features require iCloud/CloudKit availability on your device.
2. License To Use The App
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Sola Coffea for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Your Content
You may add content such as coffee logs, brew records, shop details, photos, and notes. You are responsible for content you create in the app.
- You must have rights to any photos or content you add.
- You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and sync your content only as needed to operate the Service (for example, iCloud sync).
4. Subscriptions and Billing
- Sola Coffea offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (for example monthly and annual plans).
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's applicable policies.
5. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate laws or third-party rights.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Service, accounts, or data.
- Interfere with app operation, security, or integrity.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse app data beyond personal use.
- Upload malware, spam, or deceptive content.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including app code, design, branding, and non-user content, is owned by Sola Coffea or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sola Coffea and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons.
12. App Store Terms
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, you also acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for the Service and that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as applicable.
13. Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
